Treasury Department Issues Updated PPP FAQs

Are you as excited as I am to read the newest and greatest information available regarding the SBA PPP Loans?! Well, the FAQs are hot off the press and can be read here.

Some highlights include:
1. They updated the information about size guidelines for eligible small businesses. You can check the size through a nifty calculator.
2. Amounts paid to independent contractors are not included in payroll.
3. The employer (ER) portion of federal payroll taxes is not included either.
